Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for RBJ Management Group, LLC. Scheduling Appointments All coaching sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance through the provided booking platform or directly with the coach. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment Requirements Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions can be rescheduled up to two times without penalty. Additional changes may incur a fee. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24-48 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund or credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. Sessions starting more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Program Materials Any materials provided during the session are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or shared without permission. Confidentiality All sessions are private and confidential. Any shared materials or discussions will remain protected under the coaching agreement. Changes to Policy This policy may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
